This rebrand positioned First People Recruitment Solutions as the “First People of Recruitment,” bringing their people-first ethos and cultural values to the forefront. Anchored in commissioned Indigenous artwork, the new identity celebrates heritage, community, and connection while clearly differentiating the agency as values-led leaders in their field.

Challenge

The existing brand did not fully express FPRS’s deep commitment to people, culture, and values, limiting emotional connection with both clients and candidates.

Goal

To create a people-centred brand that authentically reflects shared values, celebrates Indigenous culture, and positions FPRS as leaders in values-driven recruitment.
