Redesigning a Culturally Safe Digital Platform
VALS engaged Songlines Digital to transform their website into an accessible, secure, and culturally respectful platform that better reflects their mission and serves Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Victoria. Through a deep discovery process and close collaboration with the VALS team, we built a scalable site with improved navigation, intuitive content management, reliable donation systems, and enhanced user experience. The redesigned platform strengthens VALS’ capacity to support, educate, and empower their community now and into the future.
